You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. impackkc is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User-Generated Content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service or otherwise objectionable.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
